Property information

The clay cottage still has its old outer walls and the original walls inside. The thick walls provide cool rooms in summer and cozy warmth in winter - a natural air conditioning system that is still used today. Your AusZeit home is located on the second floor. There you will find: - A living area - A large bedroom with double bed, fold-out sofa bed (4 pers.) and crib, as well as a gallery with sleeping facilities (2 pers.) - A spacious AusZeit kitchen with access to the terrace - A bathroom with shower and WC On the first floor there is also a separate living and dining area as well as the outdoor area. The cozy living area offers a comfortable sofa and a TV. The AusZeit kitchen is well-equipped and offers enough space for meals, while the old tiled stove provides warmth and comfort. A high chair is available on request. The sleeping area offers a pleasant retreat. A wide bed, an open beamed ceiling and beautiful decorations create a cozy ambience. A staircase leads to a second level with sleeping facilities for up to six people, ideal for resting, reading or enjoying the view over the village and the starry sky. A crib is also available. The country-style bathroom with shower and WC ensures a relaxed feeling of well-being. There is also a separate living and dining area on the first floor with a wood-burning stove for cozy hours and a telephone. I live on the first floor with my children and am therefore available for questions or requests. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard, an event room, a barbecue area, a fireplace and a large garden with a meadow orchard, inhabited by our senior horse Katy. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
