The apartment is quietly located on the garden side on the 1st floor, accessible via an external spiral staircase, with balcony. It has 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room for 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with selected utensils. The bathroom with shower and WC is modern and elegant and completes the ambience. The flat is not suitable for fitters and construction workers. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Train station shuttle.
