Laim is a peaceful, well-connected neighborhood in Munich, just a 5-minute walk from Laim train and U-Bahn station. From here, you can reach the city center and the Oktoberfest grounds (Theresienwiese) in under 10 minutes by metro. Enjoy easy access to major attractions while staying in a quiet, residential area.
