The apartment is brand new and offers high-quality living comfort. It features elegant tile floors, a modern bathroom with shower, and two balconies accessible from the living/dining room. The new, fully furnished rooms offer beds (1.60 m), TV, desk, and bedding. A laundry/drying room and an elevator make everyday life easier.
