Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. You can reach Marienplatz on foot in just a few minutes, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. There are many bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. In the spacious kitchen you can prepare everything you need for a short or long stay.
I am an open minded IT-Consultant and travelled to over 60 countries. Originally from Serbia but born and raised in Germany and I am a real „Stuttgart-er“! Internationally experienced, Used to live in Malaysia for two years and I am happy to share stories and give recommendations. Check out my guidebook for recommendations in Stuttgart. As already mentioned in my opinion this is the best area of Stuttgart! It is very quiet, with a big park just opposite and there are good restaurants and bars, also supermarkets in the proximity. The city center as well as the hip Marienplatz are in walking distance. As the parkings are not for free in my street you have to search for free spots if you drive “Lehenstraße” up the Hill where the gratis parking starts. Also you can come by bus 43 after taking U-bahn to Marienplatz, s-bahn to Feuersee or Stadtmitte. My place is so central that I love walking!
