This freshly renovated 3-room apartment is perfect for 4 people and stands out for its excellent amenities. → 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds → Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and dishwasher → Nespresso coffee machine → Smart TV, Netflix & high-speed Wi-Fi → High chair and crib → Washer/dryer combo This modern and freshly renovated apartment is ideal for 4 people. Free parking spaces are available directly at the house. Additionally, after check-in, an assigned underground parking space belonging to the apartment can be used. The first bedroom is equipped with a cozy king-size double bed and has direct access to the balcony. There is also a workspace with a comfortable chair. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size double bed. The living area invites relaxation with a cozy couch. The dining area accommodates 4 people. High-speed Wi-Fi, SMART TV, and complimentary NETFLIX invite you to unwind after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, and oven. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Additionally, a washer/dryer combo is available here. The kitchen also features a small dining table for two and a coffee station with a modern NESPRESSO coffee machine, a selection of coffee, and, of course, tea. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen and a sink with an illuminated mirror. Everything you would expect from your home is provided here: hairdryer, towels, and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The nearest bus stop is only 350 meters away, just a 4-minute walk from the property. From here, you can conveniently take bus line 810 towards the city center. Additionally, if you are traveling for business, you'll be pleased to know that the fairgrounds are just a short 10-minute drive from our accommodation. This convenient location makes our property an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers alike. For your shopping needs, there is an Edeka shopping center just 450 meters away. Various other shopping options such as Aldi, DM, JYSK, and Kaufland are within a few minutes' walk to the south. Next door, you'll find the excellent pizzeria "Gondel". The pizzeria "Bella Italia" next to Edeka and the Indian restaurant "Ashoka Palace" are also recommended. Other culinary options like Subway, Cafe Heimatglück, and "Moya's Bread'n Toast" are also within walking distance. In the vicinity, there are a variety of leisure activities. The Haunstetten indoor swimming pool is only 900 meters away, the Haunstetten natural outdoor pool is 1.7 km away.
