The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened remotely and via an app. There is a keypad on the apartment door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. You can test the Nuki system during check-in. If you don't like it, regular keys are stored upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible to use whichever you like better. The immediate neighborhood is well-kept and quiet. The apartment is located in the district of Schloßchemnitz and is one of the most beautiful parts of the city. Schloßchemnitz was formed in the 1850s from the rural communities of Schloßgasse and Schloßvorwerk. Just under 1 km and you are at the Palace Pond Chemnitz. To the main station, it is 9 min.
