The living room with smart TV and a couch equipped with a mattress (140x185cm) offers you a sleeping possibility for another 2 people. From here you will find access to the 20m² balcony, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun & a beautiful sunset.
The dining table, which offers space for 6 people, invites you to a cozy dinner.
Suitable background music, you can play via the portable Marshall Bluetooth box.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice function, toaster, kettle, O-juice press, juicer & smoothie maker.
And for coffee lovers out there....steht you a Jura coffee machine including fresh beans for the best coffee enjoyment available.
Bedroom:
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200cm) with back-friendly comfortable 7-zone barrel pocket spring mattress and offers enough space for your clothes. It is quietly located. Like the living room and fitness room, the bedroom is also equipped with electric shutters - sleep in? No problem.
For the little ones there is a Hauck baby travel cot (120x60cm) available).
Fitness Room:
Sports enthusiasts can work out in the fitness room, which is equipped with treadmill, dumbbells, balance board, fitness & yoga mat & resistance bands. Furthermore, there is a punching bag in the bedroom.
If needed, a comfortable folding bed for a 5th person can be placed here.
A playground is not far away, so that even the little ones can work out without any problems.
Sufficient parking space is available in front of the house (free of charge). Optionally, there is an underground parking space, which can also be used free of charge.
I love to travel, to set out and discover new things. That's why I take great pleasure in offering my guests a second feel-good home for a while, where it's natural to switch off after an eventful day.
