Nestled within a verdant forest panorama, this cozy property shares its location with the main house of the host family and another holiday home, with a meticulous attention to privacy and tranquility. A small bench in front of the house invites guests to linger, complemented by a practical seating area with a sun umbrella – ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. The two-story holiday home promises a pleasant stay with its cozy and well-thought-out interior. On the ground floor, guests are greeted by a wide hallway, a guest toilet, and a generous, quaint living kitchen with an impressive tiled stove. The living kitchen captures the traditional charm of Bavarian taverns. Apart from a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, it impresses with a unique atmosphere. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is equipped with wooden floors and houses two bedrooms: one with a living area, berth beds, and TV, the other with a large double bed and seating area. Spacious built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space. The outdoor area offers numerous recreational opportunities with its own 1000 sqm pond. Guests can fish, swim, or use the rubber boat as they wish. The forest landscape directly adjoining the property invites for extensive hikes or mushroom picking. For those who love to be active, the nearby old railway track in Schöllnach, now a paved route, offers optimum conditions for cycling tours, inline skating, or walks. In winter, the route is also turned into a cross-country ski track. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
