Relax in our 5-star holiday flat "Chiemsee Sonne" with garden, sauna and mountain view. The spacious holiday flat enchants with a southern ambience and is furnished with great attention to detail, so that you will feel at home right from the first day. You have a beautiful mountain view from almost all rooms. Lake Chiemsee is on your doorstep and can be reached by bike in just 8 minutes. The holiday flat also has a separately designated, flowered garden with barbecue, fireplace, sun loungers and a large trampoline. In addition, there is a wooden sauna for 4 people and storage space for bicycles at your disposal. On site, you will be personally welcomed by our manager. He will show you the flat and the garden. He will also be happy to advise you on possible leisure activities in the area. He is also available during your stay to answer any questions you may have. The region is suitable as a holiday destination all year round and offers you a wide range of cultural and sporting activities. Many hiking and cycling tours start almost directly from the front door of our holiday home. The hiking trail around Lake Chiemsee, for example, passes only 5 minutes from the house. In winter yo

Many hikes and cycling tours start almost directly from the front door. For example, the Chiemsee circular trail passes only 5 minutes away from the house. In winter, you need about 40 minutes to reach the famous skiing area "Reit-im-Winkl". The famous Kampenwand is also not far away.
