Equipped with two bedrooms, it also features a spacious kitchen and extensive amenities including a dishwasher, and washing and drying facilities (for communal use in the building) as well as a terrace with direct access to the garden. The open living structure and comprehensive equipment ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay. The offer is complemented by included bed linen, towels, and baby cots and chairs. The outdoor area includes a generous garden of about 1500sqm with sunbathing and play lawn, BBQ facilities, playground, and a covered, lockable bicycle storage space.
