Surrounded by three houses, each containing three exclusive apartments, guests enjoy the tranquility of a cul-de-sac and proximity to the center. Our 4-star holiday apartment is ideal for 2 to 5 people, combines comfort with the natural beauty of the surroundings, and promises a first-class stay. The interior of our holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired. With two bedrooms, a separate dining area for up to six people, and a fully equipped kitchen including an induction stove, coffee maker, filter coffee machine, and dishwasher, the apartment offers everything for a carefree stay. A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the building. The ground floor apartment extends its living space with a spacious terrace, providing direct access to the garden – an ideal spot for relaxed moments. The outdoor area includes a 1500 square meter garden with a sunbathing lawn for communal use, and offers two barbecue areas for socializing. Children will delight in playing equipment and their own playground. A garden shed for bicycles and parking spaces directly at the house increase convenience. With its location right at the edge of the forest, a distance of 1500m to a lake, cross-country skiing opportunities 3000m away, and the town center as well as shopping facilities only 300m distant, the holiday complex is perfectly situated to explore and enjoy the Southern Harz. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
