The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and offers access through its own entrance. After a comprehensive renovation in spring 2015, the accommodation presents itself as a welcoming retreat for up to six people in a quiet side street. Guests enjoy the private seating area with garden furniture outside, as well as practical amenities such as a private parking space and proximity to shopping facilities. Inside, the apartment spans 105 sqm and features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additional sleeping options are provided by a convertible sofa in the living room. The living area is characterized by an open fireplace and a TV, adding a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the separate dining room offers enough space for communal meals. A modern bathroom with a corner bathtub completes the offer. The rooms are heated and equipped with internet access. For exclusive use, there is a washing machine, complemented by modern comfort features such as a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The outdoor area invites you to relax and is equipped with a garden and a terrace for sole use. For guests with electric cars, there is a charging station. The landlord lives in the upper part of the house, providing security and a personal touch. In the surrounding area, there are shopping facilities and the town center is only 400m away, making the location both practical and attractive for visits to local shops and restaurants.
