The fine print
An early check-in from 12:00 until 16:00 (if available) is possible on request for additional fee of EUR 50.
For each hour delay of arranged check-out time a surcharge of EUR 50 applies.
A late check-out from 10:00 until 14:00 (if available) is possible on request for additional fee of EUR 50.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property immediately after booking. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Please inform Ferienwohnung Hamburg-Rosengarten in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
