Property information

Wir bieten hier eine wunderschöne rustikale und modernisierte große Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Bad Königshofen. Sie umfasst über 110 qm und befindet sich auf der Sonnenseite des Marktplatzes, auf den Sie einen perfekten Blick werfen können. Insgesamt gibt es vier Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) Ein besonderes Highlight ist die 30 m² Dachterrasse, auf der Sie schöne Sonnenstunden oder gemütliche Abende oder auch Nächte verbringen können. Der Wohnraum ist grundsätzlich rustikal. Das Gebäude wurde vor 1884 gebaut, der zweite Stock circa 1960 aufgesetzt, nun frisch renoviert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht und modernisiert. In der gesamten Wohnung haben wir modernste Lampen angebracht, die hauptsächlich mit LED Technik ausgestattet sind. Die Lampe im Bad ist mittels Schaltung dimmbar. Das lädt auf ein gemütliches, entspanntes Bad ein.
