Detached two-family house with 2019 furnished non-smoking apartment on the first floor. Own entrance, quiet village location on the outskirts of Arnsberg. Due to the location in the forest and lake-rich Sauerland (Möhnesee 12km, Sorpesee 6km) there are numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling and water sports. The Vosswinkel wild forest, Nass leisure pool, Sauerland museum, Sauerland theater as well as other cultural offerings and a wide range of restaurants round off the offer. There are good transport links by public transport and for cars via the nearby A 445. A bakery is approx. 300 m away and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Medical care is guaranteed in the vicinity. Carport and parking spaces are available.
