This 120 m² accommodation, located centrally yet in a quiet area, offers the ideal setting for a beach vacation or exploratory tours around the region. Surrounded by green avenues, historical treasures, and the Baltic Sea coast, our home brings you the perfect balance of nature, culture, and relaxation and serves as an excellent starting point for various activities. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests across three bedrooms: a children's room with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a crib, and another bedroom with two single beds that can be expanded upon request. Amenities also include a high chair and a crib available upon request, a large terrace with seating furniture and a grill, a parking space at the property, satellite TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi. This non-smoking apartment regrettably does not allow pets, and a laundry set is available for an extra charge. The location in Klütz is ideal for exploring the region: Nearby, you'll find Bothmer Castle, the "Uwe Johnson" Literature House, historical sights such as St. Marien Church and Klütz Mill, along with charming cafes and small shops. The proximity to the Baltic Sea coast and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen encourages relaxing beach days, while the surrounding cycling and hiking trails invite active engagement with nature. Boltenhagen, Wismar, Lübeck, and even Hamburg are also great destinations for day trips. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
