Our detached house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by meadows and close to the Berchtesgadener Ache river. Our main house dates back to the 1960s and has been undergoing complete renovation since 2021. The holiday apartment is located in the newly built extension. We apologise for any minor unfinished details in the outdoor area.

We are a family of four, born and raised in the heart of the Berchtesgaden valley. Surrounded by nature, the changing seasons and fresh mountain air, our two young children are growing up with plenty of freedom, a spirit of adventure and respect for the mountains. We are happy to share the knowledge we have gathered over decades about the mountains and hiking tours - please feel free to contact us. We apologise for any minor imperfections in the outdoor area.

Our single-family home is located below the Hammerstielwand, which is part of the Untersberg mountain range. The Berchtesgadener Ache river flows just a few metres away. The Almbachklamm gorge is only a few minutes' walk away. From our location, there are many great hiking and cycling trails leading to the most beautiful areas of the Berchtesgaden valley basin, as well as to Salzburg. The 'Kugelmühle' bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. With the guest card, you can use the bus connections in the valley basin free of charge. The Marktschellenberg outdoor swimming pool is a 15-minute walk away.
