Die stilvoll eingerichtete 70m² Penthouse-Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge, verfügt über zwei separate Terrassenflächen (insgesamt ca. 110m²). Im Winter hat man auch einen Seeblick. Sie verfügt über folgende Räumlichkeiten: - Ein richtiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Polsterbett (180 x 200) - Ein Schlafbereich im Wohnzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett (180 x 200) und einem Wandschirm - Ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und zusätzlicher Schlafmöglichkeit auf den 2 Einzelsofas (können auch zusammengerückt werden). - Eine vollausgestattete Küche: Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kochfeld, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie alle notwendigen Kochutensilien. - Ein Badezimmer, ausgestattet mit einer Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und Föhn - Ein separater WC und eine Garderobe Sonstiges: - Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Der Aufzug fährt bis zum 3. Stock, dann ist noch eine Treppe zu gehen. - Ein Internetzugang (W-LAN) ist vorhanden, ebenso Smart-TVs. - Die Schlafsofas werden nur auf Anfrage Bettlaken bezogen (diese stellen wir jedoch zu Verfügung). Decken und Kissen werden aber in jedem Fall von uns bezogen bereitgestellt. Parken: - Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden. Lage: Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Herrsching am Ammersee. Nur 150 Meter zum Hauptbahnhof, ca. 300m zum See, ca. 250 Meter zum Supermarkt, 300 Meter zu Bäckerei/Café.
