1. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond the stated check-out time or who delay our housekeeping staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations in their place of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.

3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies and shared spaces. Violators of the smoking ban are subject to a fine of €250 plus the costs of cleaning, deodorization and repair of damage.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Overnight guests exceeding the number stated in the booking are not permitted.

6. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs or parking permits.

7. Noise detector technology can be used in the home to monitor excessive noise levels.

8. Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

9. Making a booking constitutes an agreement to abide by the House Rules. Guests who breach these rules will be liable for any damages, fees, costs or expenses associated therewith.
