Feel at home in our cozy apartments. The bright apartments on the second floor with spacious balcony are equipped with a mini kitchen in which you can prepare breakfast or snacks. A vacation apartment (42 sqm) with separate entrance is located in the souterrain with sunny south exposure and view into the natural garden. Shopping facilities can be found nearby. We offer bread delivery service on request. Our house is located 200 m from the Chiemgau Thermen, the Simsseeklinik and the Kurpark. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the train station and the town center. Our location offers an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area. There are numerous recreational opportunities, such as the Chiemgau Thermen, the 18-hole golf course in Höslwang or Prien and the opera festival at Gut Immling. Swim, sail or surf at the most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria. Enjoy the mountains at any time of the year. A trip to Wasserburg, the little Venice of Bavaria, or to Rosenheim for a shopping tour can also be easily done by public transport.
