Can I stay in youth hostels without a DJH membership?
No. In principle, youth hostels are open to everyone, regardless of age. But if you want to stay overnight, you have to be a member. The DJH membership card is the key to more than 400 youth hostels in Germany and around 3,000 youth hostels in 75 countries.
