Welcome to my house in Garmisch Partenkirchen, in the quiet district of Burgrain. You are booking a cozy room with a 1.6x2 m large comfortable double bed, 155 inch TV with streaming services Netflix and Amazon. The room is on the first floor, as is the bathroom, which you will be sharing with another room. Coffee and tea are free. The bus stop is only 150m away (8min to the city). Pizzeria 500m, supermarkets 1km, city 2.3km, Eibsee and Zugspitze 13km away. Hiking trails at our doorstep! It is also possible to rent e-bikes! You will have a wonderful stay with us in Garmisch!
I live on the ground floor of my cosy, quiet semi-detached house in the cozy Burgrain district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I spend a lot of time in our beautiful mountains, whether mountaineering, mountain biking, via ferratas, riding an e-bike, swimming in our beautiful lakes or in winter where I go ski touring and downhill skiing. I know many corners of our diverse mountain region and am happy to help with any questions.
