Set next to the 11th-century Roggenburg Abbey, Klostergasthof Roggenburg offers peaceful surroundings and scenic countryside. The 3-star hotel also features a large children’s playground, a pond and boat hire. The rooms in neutral colours offer views of the abbey, and come with a satellite TV and a telephone. The en-suite bathrooms each have a shower and a WC. A buffet-style breakfast is offered daily in the dining area. Free parking is available and the A7 is a 15-minute drive away. Legoland can be reached in 25 minutes by car, and a 60 minute drive leads to Lake Constance. Klostergasthof Roggenburg offers good links to the A8 and A96 motorways via the motorway junctions of Elchingen and Memmingen. This provides convenient access to the ski and winter holiday destinations of Austria, Italy and Switzerland.
