The modern and finely furnished maisonette apartment “Am Wössener See'' in Unterwössen has direct access to the lake and also boasts wonderful views of the Bavarian Alps. The 145 m² apartment, with a private entrance, features a Sonos-System with 5 speakers and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a steam cooker and a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans and satellite television. The private outdoor area with direct lake and amazing mountain views comprises a balcony and a terrace with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast or have a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue in the evening. The property also has a shared garden area with a trampoline. You can walk to a supermarket in only 4 minutes (300 m), while bakeries, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants can be found in the centre of Unteröwssen, a 2-minute drive (1.5 km) from the property. The lake is directly in front of the building and invites you to take swims or have lunch at the lakefront restaurant, a 6-minute walk (400 m) on the opposite shore. The area offers many fantastic hiking and cycling routes. The nearest cable car is a 12-minute drive (7 km) away, and several others are within 20-60 minutes by car. In winter, you can go skiing as close as a 5-minute drive (2 km) from the apartment, but plenty of great skiing areas are in the immediate vicinity. The famous lake “Chiemsee” can be visited after a 20-minute drive (17 km), and Salzburg lies a 50-minute drive (60 km) east of Unterwössen. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
