This chic holiday apartment is modern and very centrally located.
It is located on the top floor of an apartment building (3rd floor) and is ideal for 2 people.
The apartment is designed for up to 4 people, but the upper bedroom can only be reached via a very steep staircase! So the upper bedroom is more for younger people.
The apartment shines with a chic bathroom that is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower.
There is also a small kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to cook. A large dining table invites you to dine.
If you just want to throw yourself on the sofa, there is of course also a small living room that is available for relaxing or for great movie nights.
On the TV you have a large selection between Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and Pay TV with over 170 channels.

The apartment has a very nice location, a Rewe is just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation and directly opposite is a barbecue grill snack bar. In the city you are within 3 minutes by car and it is only about 10 minutes to the southern beach.
