This very light and beautiful appartment with a big private garden and patio above a large pond helps you relax for your holiday or after an exhausting day at the munich fairground. It is equipped with all things needed for daily life including a complete kitchen with coffeemaschine, ofen, microwafe, toaster, etc.. There is also a barbecue corner in the garden pavilion. The appartment is in near distance to Messe München - the Munich fairground - which can be reached easily by highway A94 in 15 minutes. ATTENTION - The bathroom with the shower can only be reached through bedroom #1. But there is another toilet in the entrance hall. The village of Forstern features some restaurants and all shops for your daily needs like bakery, butcher and a large supermarket open until 8pm. There is also a 24h gas-station with shop nearby to buy things after 8pm.
A lot of bavarias most famous sightseeingspots are easily to reach by car from Forstern: Munich - 20 Min. Messe München - 15 Min. Erding - Therme Erding (Europes largest adventure pool and waterslide park) 15 Min. Lake Chiemsee - 45Min. Amusementpark Bayernpark - 1h Mountain Wendelstein - 1h Lake Tegernsee - 1h Mountain Zugspitze - 1,5h
