The holiday home, housing the apartment, completed in fall 2013, is located in a traffic-calmed zone, promising a restful stay. The top-floor apartment is not only inviting due to its high-quality furnishings but also cozies up with underfloor heating and the possibility to start the day with breakfast and sea air on one of the two balconies. Whether from the bedroom or the living area, each balcony has its own charm. The maisonette apartment is perfect for up to four people, offering a separate bedroom with a large double bed and an open, child-safe sleeping gallery on the upper level. The living area is comfortably furnished, including a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, complemented by amenities for the youngest guests such as a travel cot and a high chair. Börgerende itself enchants with its proximity to nature and various leisure activities. Just 300 meters separate you from the Baltic Sea's natural beach, which offers normal sand and pebble sections as well as special areas for nudist and dog lovers. The location is strategically situated between well-known seaside resorts and cultural highlights of the region, enticing with a variety of restaurants, a playground, and other local conveniences. Sport, hiking, and water sports enthusiasts will be fully satisfied here, while the surroundings can be explored on horseback, on the golf course, or at the helm of a sailing boat. For your convenience, a free parking space is available directly at the house. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
