Quietly located on the edge of the Odenwald Forest, this hotel offers free parking and some of the rooms have a balcony. Hotel Ludwigstal It is 2 km from Schriesheim and 11 km from Heidelberg. The traditional hotel is family-run. Each room includes satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Regional food and fine wines are served in the bright conservatory restaurant. An outdoor terrace is available in the summer. Guests can try wines from the hotel’s own vineyard. Many hiking trails begin just outside the Hotel Ludwigstal, and an outdoor swimming pool is just 1.5 km away. The hotel offers free parking and is 4.4 km from the A5 motorway via a tunnel which opened in 2016.
