Hello and hello to our beautiful Frisian house on the North Sea coast. Only a stone's throw away from the Wadden Sea, you can enjoy the fresh breeze in the climatic health resort of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, enjoy nature and make yourself really comfortable. In the truest sense of the word, take a deep breath! The house: On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, the guest WC, the fully equipped kitchen and the inviting, bright living room with a large window front and a view of the garden. There are lots of animals to watch here: Hares, rabbits, pheasants - even a hedgehog is at home here. And birds, because we are located next to a bird sanctuary, which is a nature reserve. You can enjoy the sun on the south-west-facing terrace and relax in peace and quiet. The beautiful, green garden is surrounded by shrubs and cannot be seen. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. The entire right-hand side of the semi-detached house is available for exclusive use. Location: The house is located on the edge of an idyllic vacation settlement, right on the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea: only 200 m to the dike and 500 m to the beach. The nearest supermarket (Rewe) is 5 minutes away by car (4.3 km). A playground with beach volleyball court is 1 km away - a short walk along the dyke. A little further (1.1 km from the house) there is a dog park. Restaurants are 800 m from the Huus am Strandweg. Hamburg city center is 110 km away. And you shouldn't miss the seal station 4.6 km away! Although there have been dyke renovations in Friedrichskoog since 2024, which restrict the bathing beach, the vacation home is located outside this zone. You can continue to enjoy the peace and fresh air here undisturbed.
