Check-in is self-service for all guests at our accommodation via online check-in. We will send a personal link that allows you access to this service. Please complete the online check-in no later than 48 hours before arrival. For last-minute reservations, please complete it right after booking as soon as you receive the link. You will receive the access data for self-check-in approximately 2 to 4 days before your arrival, or after completing the online check-in for last-minute bookings. Self-check-in allows you to arrive independently of arrival times. This means you can arrive regardless of potential delays or last-minute changes in your plans. Check-in is possible from 2:30 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 AM. In addition to our daily cleaning service, a staff member will be available on-site from Monday to Friday to assist you with any questions or concerns. Of course, you can also reach us daily by phone for urgent inquiries.

The Messe Berlin can be reached by S-Bahn in approximately 18 minutes, making our accommodation an ideal location in the capital.
