The guesthouse and restaurant Wimbachklamm is located about 1 km east of Ramsau in the district Wimbachbrücke directly at the entrance to the National Park Berchtesgaden and the Wimbachklamm. You have direct view to the two highest mountains in the area, Watzmann and Hochkalter. The house is situated in front of the large parking lot for the National Park with own parking lots. You start the most beautiful mountain and hiking tours every day from here into the national park and the mountains of Ramsau and Berchtesgaden. The ski areas can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes. Berchtesgaden, lake Königsee, Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall are to be reached quickly and lowcost by public transport, bus or train

The Wimbachbrücke bus stop is 1 minute away. With the guest card of the community of Ramsau you have access on reduced fare to parks and museums. Pension Wimbachklamm is your base camp for the National Park and the Berchtesgaden holiday region. Your car is parked free of charge during your stay.
