Located in the pedestrian area of Zell’s historic centre, this non-smoking hotel is near the famous “Schwarze Katze” fountain, just 100 metres from the River Moselle. Hotel Ratskeller features free wifi, and a sunny terrace. The rooms feature Mediterranean décor, and come with a TV, balcony, and a telephone.
