The vacation apartment is located in a quiet side street of Gernsbach in the Scheuern district. Beautifully situated at the transition to the narrow and wooded part of the Murg Valley, the climatic health resort of Gernsbach (160-984m) has a lot to offer its guests. The historic old town with its picturesque half-timbered houses, fountains and well-preserved town fortifications invites you to linger in numerous restaurants. The usual shopping facilities such as bakeries, butchers and pharmacies can be reached within a very short time. You can reach bus and train stations within 10 minutes, as there is also a lot to discover around Gernsbach. In addition to Eberstein Castle with its vineyard high above the Murg, the Kaltenbronn nature reserve, one of the highest raised bogs in Germany, is always worth a visit. Experience the unique landscape of the Hohlohsee and Wildseemoor on many hiking and walking trails. In addition to the themed trails, the many premium hiking trails also promise pure hiking enjoyment in the very scenic surroundings around Gernsbach. The Gernsbacher Runde, the Sagenweg or the Murgleiter start almost right on your doorstep. Anyone who loves outdoor activities will get their money's worth here!
