Our portfolio includes over 300 fully equipped apartments nationwide, which are suitable for both short and long-term stays in such cities as Osnabrück, Bad Rothenfelde, Bonn, Ibbenbüren, Lengerich, Melle, Stemshorn, Münster, Dortmund with a further increase of the number of cities in which we operate.
What is guaranteed to always be included:
* Fully furnished apartments with WLAN, TV, private bathroom and kitchen.
* Bed linen, towels, and weekly intermediate cleaning for bookings of 7 days or more.
* Parking facilities.
* No deposit and all utilities included.
* For language barriers, we have our qualified Guest Experience Team, speaking various languages and available 24/7.

Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra:
1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros.
2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros.
3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros.
4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros.
5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price.
6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night.
7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.
