House (130 m²) with designer furniture, art, and sun terrace in a quiet location right next to the forest. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, workspace, washing machine, dryer, parking space. 9 minutes to Lake Starnberg and 20 minutes to Munich – great for vacations, time off, and business trips. The accommodation You will stay in a stylish, bright house with approx. 130 m² of living space on two floors. Upstairs you will find three cozy bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms – one with a shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub. Downstairs, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area awaits you, ideal for relaxing and cooking. The highlight is the large sun terrace with dining table, umbrella, garden view, and cozy seating area.
