Enjoy your stay in this silent and yet central 1 room studio. Small kitchen, very small bathroom and big and sunny terrace with lovely view overthrew garden and towards the sunset. Entrance via spiral staircase from outside via the terrace. Smart TV with Amazon prime and Netflix inclusive. Parking directly in front of the house free of charge. National for (for jogging or other) nearby.
Jede Art von Sport. Wassersport bevorzugt. Segeln, Surfen, tauchen, schwimmen, Kiten, SUP etc. Golf mittlerweile auch. Skifahren sowieso. Lesen und seit neuestem auch Hörbücher. Alles Klassiker, Krimis, von Hesse bis Litrpg alles was fesselt ohne Präferenzen. Jede freie Minute auf Segelboot zum segeln (zu selten) Oft auch drunter zum reparieren und warten (zu oft). Neugierig auf neue Menschen. We are living downstairs and are (almost) always available for whatever kind of questions or wishes. Keybox for 24/7 Checkin no matter what time you arrive or need to checkout.
800m to the train station, 1 kilometre to the center, bus stop 20m away Parking is possible direct in front of the house. Entrance is right of the house at the backside. Keybox is down before the stairs. Stairs up and enter by the terrace door
