Property information

Spacious two-room apartment located just a few minutes from the historic center of Chemnitz and a 15-minute walk from the train station. The apartment features two large beds in separate rooms, as well as a sofa with two additional sleeping spots. The bright kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven and a coffee machine. The apartment also includes a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The apartment is located on the top floor of a six-story building. Unfortunately, our building is not equipped with an elevator. However, we hope that the comfort and furnishings inside, the excellent view from the windows, and your great physical shape will help make up for this drawback. Parking is available within the territory of residential complex.
