The neighbourhood is a residential and office area, in the immediate vicinity is the container port of Emmerich and a shopping centre. Opposite the accommodation is a park. Its in the centre of Emmerich. The main railway station is within walking distance, as are supermarkets and restaurants. The Netherlands is only a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. Cities like Arnhem or Nijmegen can be reached quickly.
