Apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment has approximately 42m2, which are distributed over the entrance, open kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping & living area. The apartment is being continuously renovated and the furnishings are being renewed

The apartment is located in Nienburg in the district of Erichshagen. Erichshagen has a rural character, with many old farmhouses. The city center and train station of Nienburg can be reached by bus in about 10 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes by bike. Within walking distance, there is a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, and a furniture store. A few meters away is the bus stop, from which you can reach the pedestrian zone/city center or the train station in 10-15 minutes. From the train station, there are regular direct connections to Hannover (approx. 34 min.) and Bremen (approx. 45 min.), as well as irregular connections to Minden
