The house was modernized in 1992 and has all imaginable comforts, for example a 40 m² swimming pool with counter-current system. In the pool area are also light stone walls, clinker floors and a large whirlpool for 5 people, sauna and separate toilet and shower and plenty of living space. A large extra bathroom with underfloor heating is part of the house. The brightly kept kitchen is combined with the living room and cozy, light stained walls, parquet floors and carpets.
