This quality wooden house is energy efficient and furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. WLAN is available in the house. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, separated only by a half-height wall. There are four bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool and another small bathroom with shower. From the large bathroom you have direct access to the sauna. The house is situated on a garden plot with a low border vegetation and conditions for a game of croquet, a basketball hoop and a soccer goal. Garden furniture and a sun lounger are also available. The surrounding area is suitable for children and has little traffic. 10 minutes walk is an excellent swimming beach, which offers enough space for everyone. A few kilometers from the house is Årøsund, from where you can cross to the island of Årø. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
