(Breaking the rules will result in immediate termination of the rental period without a refund and you will be fined) · The apartment must be treated gently, considerately and carefully and used as it is, ie. as it appears and is used by the owner. · No smoking or wearing shoes inside the apartment. No loud noise at night. · The wardrobe in the master bedroom is locked and may not be opened or used. (There is additional storage and wardrobe available) · All entrances must be locked and all the lights must be turned off when leaving the apartment. · All damaged and missing things and furniture as well as any kind of damage to the apartment is fully compensated by the guest. · The apartment must be completely cleaned when the rental period ends. It is required to pay an additional fee of DKK 600 for the end cleaning personnel service at check-in. · The guest can be required to read, fill and sign a private rental contract stating the agreement of the rules, security deposit, rent and rental period.
