The house is bright and stylish, and modern facilities are available. The plot itself is approximately 636 square meters, and the newly built neighborhood exudes a holiday atmosphere with beautiful holiday homes. It's about 500 meters to the beach, and you can get there by car, bike, or on foot. Either through the beautiful footpath systems in the dunes or via a regular asphalt road.
