Beautiful and spacious summer house built from natural materials on an equally beautiful and undisturbed natural plot. The façade is clad in elegantly patinated natural slate. The roof is covered with grass and sedum, blending the house seamlessly into its scenic surroundings. Inside, the log construction defines the large, bright, and airy rooms.
The house is surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic views of the Kattegat and the Muldbjerge hills.
From the shed in the corner of the garden, a small winding path leads to a lovely viewpoint at the top of the property.
The land has been owned by the family for 30 years. The house was newly built by father and son and completed in 2025.
The house is located right by Muldbjerge, offering plenty of opportunities for beautiful walks. Some even use the hills for paragliding.
At the small pier on Teglvej (200 m from the house), you can easily launch sea kayaks, paddleboards, and windsurfers. Two paddleboards with a hand pump, life jackets, and paddles are freely available in the shed.
Within walking distance of the summer house lies the pier at Dokkedal, a great spot for swimming and crab fishing. We have always enjoyed the large sandbanks near the pier for swimming and building sandcastles.
The summer house is within cycling distance (5 km) of Lille Vildmose, a large protected wilderness area with vibrant and unique wildlife.
10 km to the south and north are Øster Hurup and Hals, both with lively town and harbor life in the summer months.
Aalborg is just a 30-minute drive away, offering many cultural and shopping opportunities.
Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
