Perfect for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, wake up to the sound of birds chirping in the near by trees/flowers. Its a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, with a modern touch and centrally-located in the Roseau Valley, 10 minutes drive from the capital Roseau, and surrounded by some of Dominica's most famous tourism sites, including Freshwater Lake, Boeri Lake, Boiling Lake, Titou Gorge, Trafalgar Falls, Middleham Falls, hot springs, snorkeling at Champagne Reef and Waitukubuli Trails. A Smart phone is provided with DATA and HOTSPOT for the length of your stay so you could keep in touch with friends and family. Its a Triplex with a three bedroom two-baths upstairs and two separate one-bedroom apartments downstairs. Apt one is a one-bedroom, one bathroom fully furnished with all amenities available. The structure is on a 8000sqft lot in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by various fruit trees, including but not limited to guava, bananas, coconuts, custard apple, golden apple and avocado. A section of road is missing from Google Maps and to find the apartment Maps.me app is required because it have a more accurate map layout of Dominica (including all the hiking trails) and it can be used offline as well. Renting a car is recommended for moving around or Taxi arrangement can be provided.
