24/7 gated community within a small beachfront community of Las Pascualas Beach Resort located on Km 9 Samana, approximately 6 kilometers to the town of Santa Barbara de Samana. This property is located approximately 20-30 minute drive from El Catey International airport and less than 10 minutes from Arroyo Barril airport.
