Property information

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom unit right across from kite club with access to kite beach included. All apartments have their own private modem with high speed internet which makes it ideal for remote workers too. The two air-conditioned bedrooms are connected by a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal spot for kite surfers and wing foilers with plenty of space in the common area and lockers in kiteclub available to store equipment.

Neighbourhood information

Located on kite beach, the apartment is right across the street from kite club. Many restaurants and bars available within walking distance. The perfect kitespot is just across the street within 50 steps. All restaurants on kite beach are within walking distance. Scooters, cars and motos can be rented at a charge. There are moto taxis available (they are called moto conchos). A trip into town costs 100 pesos (around 2 USD). You can also take a small shared van (just wait on the street until it passes). A trip into town costs around 35 pesos (80 cents). You can also walk into town (30 minutes on the beach).
