Our property is located at suberb spot with a splendid view off the ocean. There is always on ocean brise who coolsdown the property.
It has a privat pool you can use at your will.
For the summer we installed in every bedroom aircondition and banicos .Also 2 banicos in livingroom and the kitchen.Outside is also 220v outlet.
The total condomine or residential have a secured portal with code( now in proces) and is secured 24h by 3 watchmen. We have a few neighbours living here in our residential
airea which is very open and natural.We have close ( 1.5 mile) a small supermarket next Texaco station. There is since sort time a pristine beach available protected by recife, and the same beauty as punta cana, but more virgin and unspoiled.( 10 min drive ) .
