It is one of our five Cozy Lofts bamboo and brick. In its luxurious 40 square meters it has a vintage-style room with Smart TV room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen with utensils for 4 people, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and minibar service. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding mountains. Hot water and centralized gas.Inviting spaces throughout the property created with ecological awareness; eco-materials, a system of rainwater harvesting, a small urban garden sprawling gardens with presence of local birds, a large terrace with ecological and beautiful views planters combined with human warmth that characterizes everything to make your stay unforgettable in Cuenca

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the urban area of Cuenca in a residential neighborhood 3 blocks from the University of Azuay, River Yanuncay, linear parks and bike path, close to restaurants, ice cream parlors and services. Just 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from tourist sites such as El Barranco, Sitio Arqueologico and Pumapungo Museum, Mirador de Turi, Planetarium, Parque de La Madre, Paradise Park considered the lung of Cuenca and major shopping centers: River Mall, Milenium Plaza and Centro Comercial El Vergel.
